What about my pets?
No worries, we love animals! Just let us know in advance if you have pets, so we can plan accordingly. If they’re friendly, we’re happy to clean with them around. If they get nervous, we recommend placing them in a separate room during service to keep them stress-free and safe.
Who does All Power Cleaning hire to clean my home?
We only work with experienced, background-checked, and fully trained professionals who care about the quality of their work. We wouldn’t send anyone into your home that we wouldn’t trust in our own. Our team is friendly, punctual, and pays attention to the little things.
Do I need to tip my cleaning technician?
Tipping is never expected but always appreciated! If you feel your cleaner went above and beyond, a tip is a great way to say thanks. You can tip in cash or add it to your next invoice, whatever is easiest for you.
What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
We observe the following holidays:

No stress, we’ll always reach out in advance to reschedule. We respect holidays and your time. If your usual date needs to shift, we’ll offer alternative slots that fit your schedule.
Will the initial cleaning take longer?
Most likely, yes and that’s a good thing. The first clean is more detailed so we can reset your space to our standard. After that, recurring cleanings are faster and easier. Think of it as a fresh start for your home.
Do I need to be home while my house is being cleaned?
Totally up to you. Many clients choose to give us a key or door code and return to a spotless home later, it’s like magic! But if you prefer to be there, we’re more than happy to work around you.
Will you send the same cleaning technician each time?
Whenever possible, yes. We know consistency matters. If your usual technician isn’t available, we’ll let you know in advance and make sure whoever fills in is just as trustworthy and skilled.
How do I pay for my cleaning service?
Payments are due at the time of service. We will charge your credit card on file after your cleaning has been completed.
